W801 SDK TCP nonsupport B class IP address

I'm debugging W801 TCP Client program when encountered B class IP Address problem
    My Internet environment:  
        1:  router 1,  Home broadband based,  
           IP Address set to B class:  172. 16. 0. X,    IP mask:  255. 255. 0. 0
        2:  router 2,  Mobile hotspot based,  
           IP The address defaults to C class:  192. 168. 43. X,  IP mask:  255. 255. 255. 0
current W801 The development board connects to the router 2  (To wit C class IP address)  Access to the server
But connect to the router 1  (To wit B class IP address)  You cannot connect to the server

Connecting router: HUAWEI P30 Pro

Successfully connected to router

IP: 192. 168. 43. 27
MASK: 255. 255. 255. 0

GW: 192. 168. 43. 1

port: 8080, ip: 192. 168. 43. 233

connect success
