2 设备蓝牙配网过程中设备卡死?

设备通过蓝牙配网过程中卡死了, 并且是我这边用 Android APP 没事, iOS APP 会出现. 输的是正确的 WiFi 名称和密码, 配网出现问题时, iOS 的 APP 是发送数据失败, 设备也卡死了. 我这边 iOS 开发人员说 APP 是有点问题, 但我想了解一下为什么设备会卡死?
